In August, on her podcast, Olivia offered a unique perspective on the ongoing row over diversity on Love Island.

The reality star appeared on the third series of the dating show in 2017, finishing in third place with Chris Hughes, after beginning her journey with Geordie Shore’s Sam Gowland.

Now married to footballer Bradley Dack, in the latest episode of Olivia’s podcast So wrong it’s rightOlivia spoke to Jameela Jamil, 38, about whether body representation on the show has improved.

Olivia revealed: ‘Having been inside the machine, I think it’s quite difficult to step back and look at it from the outside.’

Olivia then explained: ‘I come from a world of modelling, of grid girls and beauty pageants, where being lined up and measured was a very normal thing.

‘When I worked for energy companies, we had to be a certain height, there was a certain hairstyle and a certain nail color.

‘On Love Island I thought, “Oh my God, there are people of different heights, different hair colours, different styles.” I think my view was very different to the one you get from the outside.’

The conversation came after she insisted that women can’t “have it all” as she revealed she is prioritising her career over raising a family.

The 33-year-old reality star-turned-documentary filmmaker married her long-time love, footballer Bradley, in June 2023.

She told New! magazine: “I think we’re still trying to pretend that we can do everything, when at some point we have to compromise. And right now, I’m very focused on my career.”

Olivia added: “(Bradley) is obviously very interested (in having children). It’s a lot easier for the man involved, isn’t it? So if I were him, I would want to have children too.”
