Olivia Attwood has revealed she is “nervous” about showing her face on social media after undergoing a series of “adjustments” over the festive period.
After a busy end to 2024, the former Love Island star, 33, said she made the most of her free time to revamp her look but refrained from sharing the results with her followers for fear it would make them “sick.” . ‘
Olivia shared that after ringing in the New Year, she’s just a few days away from returning to work and that it’s been “nice to bounce back” with some downtime.
Posting a photo of her dog Lola, Olivia wrote: “I’ve been so out of season you have no idea.” To be honest, I’m very nervous about my ability to re-enter society.
‘That’s why I haven’t shown up here because I didn’t want to make you sick.
‘There have been so many aesthetic beauty, wellness and detox treatments that I feel like one of those gelatinous aliens that 90s babies used to play with.

“I partied so much during November/early December that it was nice to get myself together because the hellish schedule starts again.”
Olivia shared that one of the treatments she opted to undergo was spider vein removal, a laser treatment that helps eliminate prominent veins.
Posting a short video of the procedure, Olivia wrote: “Something I wanted to fix in my ‘off season’ lol were these damn spider veins that keep coming back. I think a lot of the ones I have on my chest are due to old damage.” caused by the sun.
‘So my lovely @sadaf_jaffari performed spider vein removal with Cutera. And honestly… they disappeared before my eyes, with virtually no downtime.’
It came after Olivia shut down the constant questions she receives about starting a family with a stern response in an Instagram post on Monday.
The 33-year-old TV host and reality star declared “enjoy the workaholic, heavy-drinking wild rat while you can” while answering questions about the babies.
While she is grateful for the support and love from fans eager to know her future plans, Olivia spoke out and shared her frustration over the number of times she is asked.
Olivia, recognized for her stint on Love Island in 2017, is famous for her numerous television shows on ITV, the podcast So Wrong, It’s Right and her regular appearances on Loose Women.

After a Q&A session, Olivia wrote: “I had such a big reaction to that baby question and people were like oh you should ignore that strange person but just to put it in perspective…
‘If I make a question box and I have 500 questions, 100 would be about babies. Don’t screw yourself. I’ll record the screen next time. But my two pence on this matter is…’
He added: ‘As far as *me personally* is concerned I’m not offended. A big part of what I do and your success is bringing you into my life.
‘And share some of my most private moments: my wedding, my house, my family, through my television shows, my podcast, here on Instagram.

‘It’s a bit boring!!!! There is so much to be excited about right now! I’m doing things that no one thought I would do (least of all me).
“And my heart doesn’t hurt for motherhood because it’s not something I’ve ever longed for: my love and energy is 100% for my career and my husband and getting the damn bag (laughing emoji).
‘And so that question escapes me, but for many women that is not the case! So we HAVE to start being more delicate with this line of questioning.

Olivia, who had started working as a Grid Girl for Monster at 19, previously told Caroline Hirons’ Glad We Had This Chat podcast: “I was working for a lot of energy drink companies doing F1, and it was a very restrictive existence.
‘We all had to look the same, we had to have the nail color and hair color set. There was a uniform size. It was a pressure.
“It was like water off a duck’s back. So coming off Love Island, I had the experience of walking in with thousands of followers and walking out with a million, so it was very surreal.
‘But I found all this quite liberating because, for the first time, it was me as an individual and what I had to say mattered to people.
“It was exciting and I think I adjusted pretty well, you know, the hardest part for me coming off that show was the relationship and trying to manage it, and then that fell apart and it was just a disaster.”
