Former Strictly Come Dancing stars Ola, 40, and James, 44, went all out for their little girl’s birthday this weekend and even hired a party planner to make sure everything was perfect for their only child.
The pair took to Instagram to reveal all the details considered at Ella’s party, including the goodie bags, Frozen-themed food, and a gorgeous birthday cake.
James wrote to his 256,000 followers on Instagram on Monday, “I can’t quite believe our baby is 3 years old! She is our everything!
And Ella is the main reason we both wanted to be healthier and fitter. We didn’t want to struggle to keep up with her running around the playground. Or even just lift her up!

Both Ola and James credited their incredible weight loss journey to Ella, who “inspired us” and was the “main reason we both wanted to be healthier and fitter.”
The dancer added, “She’s literally my ‘mini-me’ and is everything to both of us.

The little girl looked over the moon with the blue, purple and white displays, which included lots of balloons, glittery backdrops and cardboard cutouts of characters from her favorite movie.
Even Ola seemed impressed with the setup, as in a video montage posted to her social media profile, her jaw dropped as she entered the room with James and Ella.
Ella was also specially made up with some glitter on her cheeks as he sat in a special highchair while an artist painted her face.

It comes after Ola and James spoke out about their daughter’s health issues after she struggled to hear properly.
Former Strictly Come Dancing professional Ola and fellow twinkling-toed star James welcomed three-year-old Ella to the world in 2020.
And last year, the couple became concerned after Ella contracted a chronic ear infection, forcing her to undergo a series of tests.
Update fans, James and Ola wrote their Hello! magazine column: ‘The test showed that she doesn’t have to worry about her left ear. Her right ear definitely has a glue ear.
“They don’t want to put blinders on right now, so they’re going to check her again in about three months to see how she’s doing.”
Glue ear is when the empty middle part of the ear canal fills with fluid that can cause temporary hearing loss, according to the NHS.
Although it usually clears within three months, it is advisable to seek advice from a GP if you experience any hearing problems.
Recently, James spoke about his strong stance on how Ella defends herself against others in the world.
He said he is adamant that his daughter learns to hit back if someone hits her first.
In a new interview, James recalled Ella being punched by another little boy during a soft play and how he handled the situation.
He told Hello! magazine: “I told her, ‘Listen, it was really naughty that kid hit. We never, ever hit.” “But”, I said, “if someone hits you, you hit them back.”
‘I strongly believe in this. I know they don’t teach that in school. I saw the other mothers look at me as if to say, “Oh, you can’t say that.” But it’s something I strongly believe in; it’s the only way you stand up to bullies.
“If you get hit and someone keeps hitting and hitting you, what do you do? Are you going to tell the teacher who does nothing?
“So I’m going to teach Ella never to hit. If she ever hits someone I will discipline her really hard – but if someone hits her first she hits back so they never hit her again. And I believe in that.’
James believes in the mantra so strongly that he says he doesn’t care about any “backlash” from “awakened people” because “no one can tell me how to raise my child.”

Ola said she was “cringing” when James was talking to Ella because they could be overheard.
However, she “understands” it, because she wants her child to stand up for herself.
James added that other people can trust themselves to find an adult in similar situations, but that “if someone hits my child, she can hit them right back.”
He said he was against physical violence, but that he was a firm believer that if you are attacked, you should defend yourself and that this is something children should be taught from an early age.
