Tori Spelling’s 90210 co-star Ian Ziering showed his support for her after she officially filed for divorce from husband Dean McDermott on Friday.
In an interview with Peoplerevealed that the cast is still a close-knit group and that they are still “like a family.”
The 59-year-old actor said: “We supported each other through the ups and downs of life after the show, we still care about each other.”
“So every time there is a victory, we all come together and give support and pride, and when there are difficult times, we come together and offer all the support we can from wherever we are,” he concluded.
Spelling, 50, and McDermott, 57, separated in June 2023 after 18 years of marriage and are calling it quits after a 10-month separation citing irreconcilable differences.

According to legal documents obtained by DailyMail.com, the Beverly Hills, 90210 star filed for divorce just three days after being seen crying following an emotionally charged reunion with her ex-husband in Los Angeles.
This comes as the exes were seen gathering at a local public storage facility on Tuesday to sort through several boxes of their personal belongings in the wake of their shocking split last summer.
The couple, who announced their separation in June, appeared to go through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout the encounter, sometimes chatting amicably and then arguing, with Tori at one point throwing a large plastic bag of personal items into the air.
Dean appeared to comfort her afterwards, before the pair had a more civil conversation while sitting in the back of the open van.
The exes finally said goodbye, but once alone, the 90210 alum became overwhelmed with emotions and began sobbing behind the wheel of her car.
The former couple share five minor children: Spelling is requesting sole physical custody of the children and also joint legal custody.
They are parents to Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, six.
According to legal documents, the separation date was listed as June 17, 2023, but she is open to McDermott getting visitation rights.
Spelling seeks spousal support from McDermott and asks the court to eliminate his ability to seek spousal support from her.
She notes that their shared assets and properties must be determined during the divorce case. There is no mention of any prenuptial agreement.
On Friday, a the source told PPEOPLE that the former couple had gotten to “a better place after everything came to a head.”
Spelling also protected their children amid their marital problems and Dean’s sobriety struggles.
“She was being a mama bear protecting her cubs and gave him an ultimatum that he had to get help so she could spend time with the kids,” the source added.
‘He received that help last year and has done well. They are both ready to move on with their lives and focused on making sure the children are in a healthy environment.

McDermott revealed that he and the 90210 actress had not shared a bedroom regularly since 2017.

The Canadian actor is now dating Lily Calo, 32, DailyMail.com reported in October when they were spotted holding hands.
