Ohio teacher, 50, who was fired for starting a pornographic OnlyFans account to supplement her $75K salary says a part of her died when she lost her job at the school: ‘I didn’t just teach students; I reached students’

An Ohio high school English teacher who was forced to resign after her secret Onlyfans account was discovered revealed that she sold the explicit content to pay off her debt and that a part of her has “died” now that she is no longer teaches.

Jennifer Ruziscka, 50, was expelled from Springfield High School in Holland, Ohio, where she had worked for 28 years, when her ‘Jenniferssecrets’ account was discovered earlier this year.

Ruziscka has now revealed that she turned to Onlyfans to earn extra income to support her family and deal with credit card debt and late mortgage and car payments.

“Running an OF site was pretty simple, as I could set aside 20 to 30 minutes a night to produce content to post and then resume the 3 to 4 hours of work I so routinely took home every night,” the former teacher said. . he told Fox News.

‘Just when I thought I could breathe a sigh of relief that there was now an additional source of income to help me close the financial gap that was growing every day, I was informed that the district was aware of my after-hours activity and “I was placed on paid administrative leave,” he told the publication.

Jennifer Ruziscka, 50, quit her job as an English teacher at Springfield High School after she was placed on administrative leave for operating Onlyfans and Fansly accounts.

The superintendent told him the district was aware of online sexual behavior and “conduct unbecoming” by an educator.

He added: “Just like that, a 28-year career at the same school was now in jeopardy.”

Ruziscka said she was heartbroken to leave teaching and that each day now has “contained a sense of sadness, emptiness and anguish.”

“I truly loved walking into that building, excited about what I had planned for that day, as the energy in my classroom was electric, the camaraderie among my students was contagious, and the personal and academic growth was rewarding,” she explained.

‘Without my presence in a classroom, it’s like a part of me has died.

‘I didn’t just teach the students; I reached out to the students,’ she added.

Compounding the distress, the fifty-year-old woman said, was the fact that it was a friend who revealed her secret to the school district.

‘Knowing firsthand the agony and pain associated with losing a workplace, I cannot bring myself to (reveal the friend’s name and) avenge that level of betrayal.

“That’s not who I am or what I want to be.”

Superintendent Matt Geha said the school district became aware that Ruziscka was operating a “pornographic/sexually graphic website” on Jan. 26.

After her resignation, Ruziscka said, “I remain one of the best English teachers who has ever worked in the Springfield Local School District.”

Ruziscka worked as a cheerleading coach and yearbook advisor, and her salary at the time of her resignation was $74,720.

Geha said in a letter to the Ohio Board of Education that during the investigation into the teacher’s conduct “evidence was obtained with the guidance of the district attorney.”

He contacted Ruziscka and told him the district was aware of online sexual behavior and “conduct unbecoming” by an educator.

Geha told Ruziscka in an email that the evidence found included “an online account that is open and available to the public for viewing, which is maintained by you and includes sexualized images and videos of you.”

He said his conduct violated the Ohio Licensure Code of Professional Conduct for Educators, Sections 1, 8 and 9(h).’

Section 9, called “Appropriate and Responsible Use of Technology,” states: “While maintaining their constitutional rights, educators recognize that when they use technology, the words they choose and the context of their statements may reflect negatively on positions, schools and professions.’

A disciplinary hearing was scheduled for Jan. 31, but she submitted her resignation early.

In addition to teaching English, Ruziscka worked as a cheerleading coach and yearbook advisor. Her salary at the time of her resignation was $74,720.
