Urgent search for Massachusetts mayor’s daughter, 18, who disappeared from Ohio rehabilitation center without her shoes: Mother begs ‘please keep Riley in your prayers’

Police have launched an urgent search for the teenage daughter of a Massachusetts mayor, who disappeared from a treatment center in Ohio.
Riley O’Connell, 18, was last seen around 1 a.m. Wednesday near the Evoke Wellness addiction treatment center in Hilliard, Ohio, a suburb outside of Columbus, police said.
The teenager was not wearing shoes when she went missing and is without her life-saving medication, according to information shared by her mother Shaunna O’Connell, who is the mayor of Taunton, Massachusetts.
“Last night my daughter, Riley O’Connell, disappeared from the Evoke Wellness facility in Ohio, where she has been undergoing therapy for over a month in her long-term battle with mental health issues,” wrote Shaunna O’Connell in a heartbreaking. Facebook post.

“Ted and I are devastated and extremely concerned for his safety and well-being,” she added.
“We are working with the establishment, the police and the missing persons to find her as soon as possible in order to bring her home. We pray for Riley’s safe return. Please keep Riley in your thoughts and prayers.
In a statement, the Hilliard Police Department said Riley was last seen in the 5400 Scioto Darby Road area around 1 a.m. Wednesday, wearing black shorts and a pink shirt.
However, a missing person flyer shared by the teenager’s mother said she was last seen wearing red shorts and a white tank top.
The flyer described the teenager as having long blonde hair with red tips, standing five-foot-five and weighing 130 pounds.

He also noted that the teenager could be under the pseudonyms “Tiffany Rose” or “Tiffany Silva”.
Riley’s mother, Shaunna O’Connell, has been Mayor of Taunton since January 2020.
A Republican, she previously served as a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
