Liam and Noel Gallagher have announced they will reunite their iconic band and play four huge Wembley shows before heading out on a UK tour next summer.
The live tour will kick off on July 4 with back-to-back nights at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium before four hometown shows at Heaton Park in Manchester.
The group will then move on to Wembley Stadium in London and spend two nights at the Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh before finishing the tour at Croke Park in Dublin.
Noel’s daughter, model Anais Gallagher, 24, shared the news on her Instagram, posting photos of her father and uncle from the Nineties and declaring: ‘Summer 2025.’

He also reposted the band’s introduction video and their statement: “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The long wait is over. Come see it. It will not be televised.”
The post marks a thaw in relations between Anais and her uncle Liam, after the Oasis frontman questioned the paternity of Anais, who is Noel’s daughter with Meg Matthews.
The 2000 comments led Noel to punch his brother and split his lip before leaving the band.
Tickets for the return dates will go on sale from 8am on Saturday 31 August from Seetickets, Ticketmaster and Gigsandtour.com, with Dublin tickets available one hour earlier via Ticketmaster.
Liam teased the iconic Britpop band’s reunion during their headline set at Reading Festival on Sunday, before he and his older brother, 57, revealed an announcement would be made at 8am on Tuesday after a cryptic, identical post was shared on their social media accounts.
During his headline performance in Reading, Liam performed several Oasis hits from their debut album Definitely Maybe to celebrate its 30th anniversary.
Introducing Half The World Away, a 1994 B-side that also appeared as the theme song to sitcom The Royle Family, she told the crowd: “I want to dedicate this song to Noel f**king Gallagher.”

Oasis have been promised a £50m payout to reform and embark on a world tour.
The exorbitant sum is said to have convinced brothers Noel, 57, and Liam to bury the hatchet 15 years after their last appearance together on stage.
Their contentious relationship came to a head in 2009, after a backstage row in Paris led to Noel quitting the band.
In recent years, Liam has been keen to make amends with his brother and reform the iconic Britpop band, but his older brother has thrown cold water on the idea.
But following Noel’s £20million divorce from ex-wife Sara MacDonald last year, the elder Gallagher is said to have become convinced of the financial merits of reuniting the band for dates at Glastonbury and Wembley Stadium.
It is expected to be the most popular tour in British concert history, and industry insiders say the deal brokered by the brothers will net them £50m.
