Ted Cruz and other lawmakers have slammed a New York University for allowing a graduate to deliver a ‘hate’ speech attacking the US military – while getting her education at taxpayer expense.

The controversial clip from the law school graduation ceremony has people on social media inflamed – including lawmakers themselves.

Mohammed called the NYPD and the US military “fascists” and called on his peers to continue the “revolution” against capitalism and racism across the country.

The future lawyer claimed that black and brown prisoners are murdered daily in American prisons and denounced her own university for “cooperation with global violence”.

Mohammed began his speech by saying, “I chose CUNY Law School for its articulated mission of being law in the service of human needs.

“One of the few legal institutions created to recognize that the law is a manifestation of white supremacy that continues to oppress and suppress people in this country and around the world.”

His speech, which also included multiple references to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, drew criticism from many people.

Former United States Representative Lee Zeldin said, “Unleashed anti-Semitism has utterly consumed the City University of New York.

“Until the administration is overhauled and all Jewish students and faculty are welcome back, taxpayer funding must be halted immediately.”

Congressman Mike Lawler added, “That’s exactly why I’m finalizing legislation to strip universities of their funding if they engage in and promote anti-Semitism.”

“CUNY should be ashamed of itself – and should lose all federal funds it is currently receiving.”

Kiryas Joel School District Superintendent Joel M. Petlin said: ‘Listen to 13 minutes of this hateful graduation speech, and you’ll hear what she thinks about the law, the police, the safety of borders and how it distinguishes the only democracy in the Middle East.

“As a New Yorker, I’m shocked that I subsidized his education.”

Texas Senator Ted Cruz added, “City University of New York’s class day speaker slanders Israel and enthusiastically celebrates anti-Semitism.

“Bravo for opening borders and releasing violent criminals from prison. And denounces the “fascist NYPD”. It’s a law school. Paid with taxpayers’ money.

Another irate viewer online said: ‘CUNY has become the hotbed of hate.

During his speech, Mohammed praised the school and its alumni for “working to lift the facade of legal neutrality and confront the systems of oppression that inflict violence on them”.

“Systems that were created to feed an empire with a voracious appetite for destruction and violence.

“Institutions created to intimidate, intimidate, censor and stifle the voices of those who resist.”

She thanked CUNY for being “one of the only” universities to issue a statement allowing students to stage protests “against Israeli settler colonialism.” She claimed that Israel is “indiscriminately raining bullets and bombs” on the Palestinians.

“Let us remember that brown and black men are being murdered daily by the state in Rikers…that there are refugees on the southern border who are still locked up.

“That the killing of black men like Jordan Neely by a white man on the MTA is honored by politicians like Eric Adams and Sen Chuck Schumer.

‘No one will save the world. No movement will liberate the masses.
