Nvidia’s RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition has hit the screen online, reinforcing many rumors about the next expected GPU arriving in the Ampere range – and showing that it will be roughly the same design as the RTX 3070.
Video card shared the alleged footage of Nvidia’s own take on the 3060 Ti, which is believed to debut soon, on Dec. 2, the rumor mill emphasizes.
The graphics card uses the same cooling as the RTX 3070 Founders Edition, but there will be slight differences in the design, with the 3060 Ti being ‘a bit more silver’ (any changes look very minor though – the heatsink design looks just put it a little differently, but hardly).

It looks like the 3060 Ti will also have a 12-pin power connector in the center of the card (Nvidia will provide an adapter with this model, Videocardz assures us).
Of course, treat this with the usual caution with leaked images, but the snaps certainly all look authentic enough, and it would make sense for them to be floating around now that we’re supposedly so close to the launch of Nvidia’s next GPU.
The RTX 3060 Ti is rumored to work with 4,864 CUDA cores (1024 less than the RTX 3070) and 8 GB of GDDR6 video RAM (at 14 Gbps). Speculation has also suggested that this GPU could outperform the RTX 2080 Super.
There will of course be third-party cards and lately we’ve seen a lot of leaks around this too – including alleged photos of a 3060 Ti from Inno3D, Gigabyte, and others.
As mentioned, this graphics card from Nvidia is expected to be released on December 2, priced around $ 399.
