If you can keep it that long, the nutritionist added, the bark will last up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
To make the bark yourself, Lee recommended that you get your hands on some milk and white chocolate, mixed nuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and frozen berries.
You will also need a pinch of sea salt to make it especially tasty.

How to Make a “Hare Bark” by Lee Holmes
1 large size milk chocolate 70%
1 large piece of white chocolate
Lee shared her family’s favorite recipe (pictured) online
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
3 x tablespoons of frozen berries
A large pinch of sea salt
1. Bring two pots of water to a boil and add a pot on top and melt the chocolate, the water should be boiling underneath. Stir each bowl, using a couple of spoons or spoons, to remove any lumps.
2. Children can line a small baking tray with baking paper.
3. Adults pour melted dark chocolate into tray and spread evenly leaving about 1 inch around edge of tray. Then repeat the process with the white chocolate.
4. For the kids you can now get a chopstick or a skewer and move it back and forth to make a pattern or any shape you like.
5. Now it’s time to add your toppings, you can sprinkle it on top of the nuts, berries, seeds and sea salt, then once you’re done put it in the fridge to set it, if you’re in a hurry to eat it you can put it in the freezer to speed things up.
