NRL star Mitchell Moses hopes to offload luxury Sydney development for $3.3 million
A stunning luxury development in Sydney owned by NRL star Mitchell Moses has hit the market for a whopping $3.3 million.
Located in Gladesvlle, 10km from the CBD, the 790m² corner block has been approved for a duplex, with an estimated construction cost of $1.14 million.
Each of the separate homes will feature four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a swimming pool and a two-car garage.
The site is currently occupied by a classic four-bedroom, two-bathroom 1940s brick home, which the Parramatta Eels hero purchased in 2020 for $1.8 million. The Daily Telegraph.
Moses, 29, has been renting the house ever since. It’s now on the rental market for $1,100 a week.

Meanwhile, the football star is hoping to complete an off-market sale for his ultra-modern, architect-created development.
Site plans include sculpted street-facing gardens, modular exterior design and chic lighting.

It comes after the Top Gun halfback recently completed renovations to his family home.
The father-of-one bought the Federation-style home in Ryde for $2.8 million in 2021 and put it up for auction in August for $2.95 million, but it has since been off the market as he There were no takers.
The house has a kidney-shaped swimming pool, which has been refreshed with new screens and bricks.
