A beautiful rural Queensland property owned by retired NRL star Corey Oates has hit the market.
The former Brisbane Broncos star, 30, and his wife Tegan bought the 9,560 square meter rural acreage in 2019 for $880,000.
Completed in 2021, the ultra-modern farm is located in Samford Valley, approximately 45 minutes northwest of Brisbane.
No price has been released for the sprawling property, which has six bedrooms and three bathrooms.
However, the property’s sales agents estimate the median price of similar homes in the area to be $1,850,000.
Located on top of a hill and just thirty minutes from the CBD, the farmhouse is built in a U shape with separate wings for the bedrooms and living areas and offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Highlights include a master bedroom outfitted with a walk-in closet and custom millwork, along with a luxurious bathroom featuring double vanities and a luxurious soaking tub.
Additionally, the property includes a game room with bar, a spacious private office, a guest room and a large private dining room.

Other features include a home cinema, a swimming pool with a large entertainment terrace and a ‘party’ space with built-in barbecue.
It comes after Oates shocked fans when he announced he was leaving the field for good earlier this month.
But the couple, who have a young family, said courier mail on Tuesday that parting ways with their country home was now part of a long-term plan to move closer to Brisbane as their children grew up.
Oates has announced his retirement after being hampered by injuries in the last two years.
He did not have a contract for the next season and was Retire from the NRL after 216 first grade games.
Regarding his retirement, Oates said playing for the Broncos was “something I never thought possible” after growing up in the bush.

Oates played his entire NRL career with the Broncos, debuting in 2013.
He scored a try in the club’s 2015 grand final loss to North Queensland and was the last player from that team to remain with the Broncos.
Over the course of his career, Oates made nine State of Origin appearances for Queensland, including series wins in 2016, 2017 and 2022.
He also served as the Broncos’ number 18 man during their 2023 grand final loss to Penrith.
In December last year, the Courier Mail reported that Oates had made significant property investments over the past five years.
In addition to his Samford Valley acreage, he bought a flat in Everton Park, Brisbane, for $610,000 in 2017, and purchased a house in Ipswich for $190,000 that same year.
Additionally, the property includes a game room with bar, a spacious private office, a guest room and a large private dining room.
