A wild road rage incident between two men on one of Sydney’s busiest roads has been caught on camera.

The ugly confrontation occurred outside a medical center along a stretch of the Pacific Highway in Sydney’s north.

Footage taken by a passerby shows the younger of the two men spitting on the other driver’s car and crushing it with the door of his own car.

A passerby can be seen stopping in the background to watch the incident, while drivers waiting patiently to turn right also stopped.

The young man can initially be seen reaching into the driver’s side window of a Mazda CX-5 before walking away and appearing to spit in the direction of the car.

The driver of the Mazda then attempted to get out of the car to confront the man, but instead the car door pushed against him, appearing to crash into his neck and leg.

In response, the driver of the Mazda briefly raised his fist as the other driver began walking back to his Audi SUV.

Social media users were outraged by the confrontation and many targeted the young man for appearing to be the aggressor.

“Spitting is the lowest… Disgraceful behavior,” one user wrote.

“Don’t fuck with the Boomer, he can teach you a lesson or two,” wrote a second.

“So sad he couldn’t take a deep breath and get on with his day,” wrote a third.
