Situated on the edge of the sparkling Noosa River is a dream mansion with a Mediterranean-style rooftop pool and ultra-chic earthy design.

A spectacular mansion located on the banks of the picturesque Noosa River regularly stops tourists and locals alike with its impressive façade and resort style.

And now the owner and designer of the stunning property has shared the inspiration behind it and offered a peek behind its shiny doors.

The ‘ONE W’ house sits next to the sparkling river in Noosaville, Queensland, and is the brainchild of architect Paul Clout, who lives there with his wife.

“We wanted the house to have a modern, stylish feel without losing character, warmth and the tropical vibes that suit the location so well,” he told FEMAIL.

The main living space is designed as if floating on water and makes the most of the views through ceiling-high windows.
