It’s certainly been a whirlwind year for Britain’s biggest family, and the Radfords have documented it all in their new reality series.

22 Kids and Counting, which follows the everyday lives of the Morecambe family, will begin airing again at 8pm tonight on Channel 5.

Earlier this week, Sue, a mother of 22, shared a Advance with the family’s 530,000 Instagram followers showing that their dream of owning a £850,000 country home was crumbling.

The short clip begins with Sue praising the “stunning” property and telling her husband Noel that she “could really imagine them living there.”

The reality show will document how the couple’s hopes were dashed when the network they were involved with collapsed, causing the sale to ultimately fall through.

In the episode, Sue revealed to her daughter that she was “absolutely devastated,” but Chloe reassured her mother and reminded her of everything they already had.

Sue said: ‘We’re really devastated that we’re not going to be able to have that life in the countryside. It’s been pretty tough. Absolutely devastated. You know when you’ve got your head set on something, all those plans and hopes and dreams and then it all goes to pieces.

“It’s a bit like waking up on Christmas morning and discovering that all your Christmas presents have disappeared.”

Noel and Sue have lived in a Victorian house in Morecambe, Lancashire for 11 years.

While some of their children have since grown up and moved out, it is believed that around a dozen of their children currently live on the property with them.

Ahead of the first episode airing tonight, Noel posted a photo on his personal Instagram account of a vintage 1970s wine bottle.

She captioned the post: ‘Finally getting around to drinking this thing (my daughter Sophie) gave me for my 50th birthday three years ago.’

A similar bottle of the rare Barbaresco wine, produced by Franco Fiorina, is currently selling for £239 online.

Additionally, the series may also cover Sue’s feud with her daughter Millie, who accused her of “making money” at the expense of her grandchildren in April 2023.

Millie, 23, is Noel and Sue’s seventh child and has three children of her own: Ophelia, Chester and Elodie.

In a surprise Instagram story that was quickly deleted, Millie spoke out against her mother Sue, accusing her of making money off of her grandchildren.

She was reacting to a YouTube vlog Sue promoted on social media, where the mother-of-22 surprised her daughter Sophie’s children Daisy, ten, Ayprill, eight, and Leo, seven, with a trip to Disneyworld.

“How cute? But you’ve made money off of all your grandkids but pick your favorites,” Millie said on her Instagram story alongside a screenshot of the video where Sue surprised her sister’s kids.

“I’ve already said what I had to say,” he added.

It seemed like Millie was upset about the fact that her kids were left out of the trip even though they had appeared on 22 Kids and Counting.

“I remember my kids were on the entire show of 22 Kids and Counting, not one glance at the rest,” she said, adding, “barely one (episode).”

However, the 22-year-old deleted her Instagram story shortly after sharing it.

During their ‘feud’, Millie shared a heartwarming video of her baby’s heartbeat with her 119,000 Instagram followers.

But her mother Sue apparently did not attend the appointment with her, instead traveling to see her mother with her other daughters.

He had accompanied her to medical appointments during her previous pregnancies. However, it is believed the couple patched things up in time for Elodie’s arrival, with Sue acting as Millie’s birth partner, as she had done with her two older children.

Commenting on Millie’s Instagram post announcing Elodie’s arrival, Sue wrote: “Aww Millie, she is so beautiful. I’m so proud of you, you did an amazing job bringing her into the world. Thank you so much for inviting me to be with you. I love you.”
