Although Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds did not perform at this year’s festival, singer-songwriter 57 was in attendance.
Several acts have rankled Noel, with the rocker appearing to take particular aim at Dua Lipa’s support for Palestine and Banksy’s protest on migrant boats.
Noel spent his time at Glastonbury with actor Matt Smith and was seen enjoying performances by Jungle and Kneecap.

Noel Gallagher, 57, has hit out at artists who “virtue signal” at Glastonbury, criticising them for “waving flags” rather than focusing on the music.

Noel said: ‘That place is getting a bit more progressive and a bit preachy and a bit pretentious. I don’t like that in music – little idiots waving flags and making political statements.’
‘Now that place is getting a little more progressive and a little preachy and a little pretentious. I don’t like that in music: little idiots waving flags and making political statements and bands coming on stage and saying, “Hey, isn’t war terrible, huh? Let’s boo it. Fuck the conservatives, man,” and all that.
Noel added: “I suppose if you’re 18 and middle class you might have a problem with that. But what are all the lads in a field at Glastonbury going to do about it? Everyone knows what’s going on in the world, and you’ve got a phone in your pocket telling you anyway. What’s the point of flaunting your virtues?”
The former Oasis star also met up with his old enemy David Grohl.
Noel explained that they were 3 feet away from each other and that the Foo Fighters frontman was staying at the same hotel as him.
He insisted that all he wanted was for Dave to stop talking about Oasis, adding that Dave was a friend of his son.
The pair fell out when Dave, who previously played drums in Nirvana, unkindly compared Noel’s success to that of his younger brother Liam.
Also at Glasto was Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl, with whom Noel has been feuding since he made a tasteless comparison between Noel’s success and that of his younger brother Liam.
Dave said Frequently Asked Question: ‘It’s over. If it was a competition, it’s over. Liam is selling out huge stadiums, number one hits, huge albums.
“Every kid wants to be him. I loved Oasis, but nobody wants to be Noel, do they? I’m in a great band, but even I want to be Liam.”
According SunLiam’s son Gene, 22, whose mother is Nicole Appleton, ignored Noel when the pair were spotted at a VIP bar in Glastonbury, despite being just metres away.
A source said: ‘Noel and Gene locked eyes but remained apart. It was very sad to see it Since they are so closely related but there’s still a lot of bad blood between Noel and Liam.
