While filming for the second season was scheduled to resume after the Christmas break, the cast and crew received the devastating news that would not be happening.
Noel reportedly did not return after the holiday break, and now more than 100 people are considering a class-action lawsuit against the creators of the Apple TV+ comedy.
They report that because Noel, who plays the character of Turpin, is also a co-writer and executive producer, he will likely be sued as well.
The publication claims that he left for France before the team learned the shocking elimination news and has not been seen in public since.
