The 34-year-old actress showed off her abs and long legs in an all-black outfit comprised of a sheer black top, a black miniskirt, an oversized black blazer, and a pair of black peep-toe heels.
The former Vampire Diaries star completed her look with a black oval-shaped bag and a pair of silver earrings.
She wore her long, dark hair, lightly combed with blonde highlights at the ends, loose.
Dobrev’s sighting on July 17 comes a few days after she and her boyfriend, Shaun White, the retired three-time Olympic gold medalist in snowboarding, were seen arriving in New York on Friday, July 14.

The couple was photographed unloading items and bags from the trunk of a black SUV when they arrived at the place where they were staying while in the Big Apple.
Then, on July 15, White and Dobrev were seen holding hands as they strolled through town.
Dobrev wore an orange patterned dress that had a slit, while White donned a geometric print short-sleeved open shirt over a white T-shirt and a pair of white pants.
The couple’s latest outing comes after Shaun praised Nina as “amazing” while promoting his new Max docuseries Shaun White: The Last Run.
“She’s been so supportive of me and I’ve had her in my corner for this chapter of my life where I’m retired and looking for what’s next,” he told Extra.
“And even making this documentary, I was like, ‘Can you help me? This is not my world. I don’t know the film industry. I don’t know what to ask for, what to do.'”
Shaun, who gave up snowboarding after the Beijing Olympics last year, explained: “This was actually a three-part series, and it didn’t fit every episode.”
Jumping to the rescue, Nina said, “You have to call this person, you have to talk to it, you have to ask for this.”
