Strahinja Jokic, the brother of NBA star Nikola Jokic, has reportedly been ordered to stay away from the man he was accused of punching at a Nuggets game in April.

The elder Jokic was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and made his initial appearance in Denver County Court last month.

The 41-year-old was caught on camera punching a man during his brother’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers in April.

Now, according to the Denver PostA judge ruled that Strahinja must stay away from the alleged victim and return to court in October.
