Nicole, who lives in Nashville with Keith and their two daughters, flashed a small smile as she seemed happy to be back in her native Sydney for the holidays.

For his travels, he cut a stylish figure in a black T-shirt and straight-leg denim jeans, which he paired with a stylish navy jacket and white sneakers.

Nicole kept a low profile as she protected her eyes with a pair of dark sunglasses and carried her essentials in a large black bag.

Meanwhile, Keith kept his look casual as he looked travel-ready in a black T-shirt and dark pants, which he teamed with white sneakers.

He also sported a pair of aviator glasses and carried a backpack as he walked hand in hand with Nicole, whom he married in 2006.

They were joined by their two teenage daughters, Sunday and Faith, who walked close behind them after they got off their long-haul flight.

It is tradition for Nicole to return to Australia over the Christmas period and they often host New Year’s Eve celebrations at their Sydney Harbor apartments.

Over the past ten years, Nicole bought two penthouses in North Sydney’s exclusive Latitude building and then combined them to form one mega apartment.

While back in Sydney this Christmas, Nicole will no doubt join her younger sister Antonia, 54, and her family for the holidays.

The Kidman clan has already gotten into the holiday in recent weeks after Antonia jetted off to visit Nicole in Nashville earlier this month.

Antonia was joined by her daughters Lucia, 26, and Sybella, 17, for the trip as they jetted off to stay at Nicole’s $4.89 million Nashville mansion.

Lucia, who lives in Sydney, shared festive snaps from the holiday on her Instagram at the time as she documented the trip.

She was joined by her boyfriend Henry Poole, while Antonia’s husband Craig Marran also flew with them.

Nicole’s sister Antonia shares her two daughters and two sons, Hamish, 23, and James, 21, with late businessman Angus Hawley, who died in 2015.

She also has two younger sons, Nicholas, ten, and Alexander, eight, with her second husband, Craig.

The entire Kidman clan has come together since their matriarch Janelle sadly passed away in September.

Janelle died at the age of 84, just hours before Nicole received the Best Actress award for her role in Babygirl at the Venice Film Festival.

Keith also sported a pair of aviator glasses and carried a backpack as he walked hand in hand with Nicole, whom he married in 2006.

“Today I arrived in Venice and shortly after found out that my beautiful and brave mother has just passed away,” Nicole revealed in a statement read on her behalf by director Halina Reijn following her victory.

‘I’m shocked and I have to go to my family, but this award is for her, she formed me, guided me and made me.

‘I am beyond grateful to be able to say her name to all of you through Halina, the collision of life and art is heartbreaking and my heart is broken. We love you all.’

Nicole and her immediate family returned to Australia for the funeral a few weeks later, where they were supported by Antonia’s family and many of her close friends.

Nicole had an incredibly close relationship with her beloved mother Janelle and often spoke about her support and influence on her career over the years.

She was born in Hawaii and grew up in Sydney with her sister Antonia, Janelle, and her psychologist father Antony, who died in September 2014 of a heart attack.
