Nicole recently backtracked on claims that she is responsible for the cancellation of the Pussycat Dolls tour, and the star filed a response to the lawsuit against her band founder Robin Antin.

They claimed the tour had been “cancelled due to the pandemic” — and not rescheduled as previously announced on PCD’s Instagram.
King and Rothschild said: “Nicole Scherzinger asked to negotiate terms for a new tour in 2021, rather than agree to Antin’s demand that the old agreement govern the new tour.
“Had Antin entered the negotiations in good faith rather than stubbornly trying to revive the old agreement, there’s a good chance the parties would have come to an agreement for the new tour.”
The attorney accused Antin of trying to publicly blame herself on Nicole for canceling the tour.
Robin sued Nicole in September 2021 for refusing to participate in the tour unless given majority ownership and full creative control.
