The Hollywood star, 57, plays Romy, a married company boss, who falls in love with her young intern Samuel, played by Harris Dickinson, 28, and they embark on a passionate adventure.
The film, which opened in theaters on Christmas Day, features a lot of racy scenes, but there is one in particular that has caught the attention of viewers.
During a wild moment, Nicole’s character Romy is seen crouching and licking milk from a plate before Samuel sucks it off her lip.
And surprisingly, it’s not the only unexpected scene involving milk, as Romy also seductively drinks an entire glass of milk at a bar in another spicy moment.
In the scene, Samuel already caught Romy’s attention when they are enjoying a few drinks after work with their colleagues.

Nicole addressed the recurring use of milk in the film’s sex scenes and shared how it is symbolic of the issue itself.
“Milk, cookies and all those sensory things are used for the struggle for power,” he explained in a recent interview with Hits Radio.
The Australian star also revealed that she had to drink around 16 glasses of milk while filming the now infamous bar scene.
He admitted that his first thought upon reading the scene was “how many glasses of milk am I going to have to drink?”, before adding: “I think it was maybe 15 or 16.”
Director Halina Reijn also revealed what inspired the sensual milk scene, revealing that something similar happened to her when she was 30.

The director, 49, recalled going out for drinks after one of her theater performances, when a famous Belgian actor, who she said was “much, much younger” than her, sent her a glass of milk.
“I drank it and he just left,” she told W Magazine. ‘I thought, ‘How does this guy get courage?’ I thought it was very sexy. And I thought it was very funny.’
Babygirl, which is inspired by Sharon Stone and Michael Douglas’ sex thriller Basic Instinct, has already achieved great success.
The bold release even earned Nicole a prestigious nomination at the 2025 Golden Globes for Best Actress in a Drama.
