Nicole Kidman on Sunday revealed her daughter’s shocking reaction to her “stoned” performance in Eyes Wide Shut.
Kidman, 57, starred alongside then-husband Tom Cruise, 62, in the 1999 erotic thriller and revealed that while Sunday is still too young to see the full film, she had seen a scene in which Kidman’s character takes drugs.
Talking with him Los Angeles TimesShe said: ‘At the AFI[Lifetime Achievement Award]awards, they saw the scene where I got high on drugs. They showed it and I thought, ‘Oooh. Wow. Okay.’ I sat next to my daughter on Sunday and watched it.’
She said, “Mom, that was good.”
Referring to her 2004 film, she added: “And then they showed that scene in Birth. And she said, ‘That was really good.'”

“I watched that scene and thought, ‘Wow, that was really good.’ And I never do that.”
Kidman shares Sunday and 13-year-old daughter Faith with husband Keith Urban and previously told People her family was “very supportive.”
He added: “But they also say, ‘OK, calm down. ’ But I think it’s important not to have sycophants (around you).”
“And it’s not about looking for really horrible reviews either… We’re all a work in progress, as they say.”
Kidman and Cruise married in 1990 after meeting on the set of their sports action film, Days Of Thunder.
They share a daughter, Isabella Jane, 31, and a son, Connor Cruise, 29.
In addition to Eyes Wide Shut, the couple starred in the film Far and Away during their marriage, once again playing each other’s love interests.
After their divorce in 2001, the couple remarried.

Cruise was married to Katie Holmes, whom he has now divorced, while Kidman has been married to country singer Urban since 2006.
Kidman recently starred in the Netflix romantic comedy, A Family Affair with Zac Efron.
Joey King also stars as Nicole’s daughter and Zac’s assistant on the project, with other stars Kathy Bates and Liza Koshy making appearances.
Earlier last month in June, the Oscar winner dressed up alongside her leading co-stars to attend the glitzy premiere of the romantic comedy in Los Angeles ahead of its release on Netflix.
Kidman most recently starred in the Netflix romantic comedy A Family Affair with Zac Efron (pictured in June).
The premise goes like this: “An unexpected romance triggers comic consequences for a young woman, her mother and her boss, who grapple with the complications of love, sex and identity,” according to a IMDB Synopsis.
Both Kidman and Efron are no strangers to working together and previously starred in the 2012 crime drama The Paperboy.
“We had a lot of fun doing that, but it was crazy,” Nicole also recalled. People regarding the collaboration on the last film.
