Nicola Sturgeon has been arrested in connection with the police investigation into SNP finances.

A Scottish Police spokesperson said: ‘A 52-year-old woman was arrested today, Sunday June 11, 2023, as a suspect in connection with the ongoing investigation and Scottish National Party finances.

“The woman is in custody and is being questioned by detectives from Police Scotland.”
