Nicola Peltz Beckham gushed that her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham’s closet is “like heaven” while giving insight into their relationship on Saturday.
The actress, 29, married the fashion mogul’s son, Brooklyn, 25, in a lavish ceremony in Palm Beach., Floridain April 2022.
Nicola described the former Spice Girl’s wardrobe as incredible and it’s no surprise she wants access to her enviable collection of clothes and accessories.
She said PEOPLE: ‘Every time I walk into that closet I say, “Please!” It’s like paradise in there.’
In February, Nicola stepped out during Paris Fashion Week with her husband Brooklyn wearing a Dolce & Gabbana leather jacket that looked like it came straight from Victoria’s closet.

It’s no surprise that the actress wants access to the fashion mogul’s enviable collection of clothes and accessories, she said: “Every time I walk into that closet I say, ‘Please!'” It’s like heaven in there.
Victoria wore this vintage piece from 2001 in the early 2000s while on the sidelines of a soccer game with a Brooklyn babe.
But Nicola revealed that she didn’t receive Victoria’s jacket, as her mother, Claudia Peltz, had actually gotten one and given it to her.
She explained: ‘When I started dating Brooklyn, I sent my mom that picture of Victoria and I thought Brooklyn looked so cute. And I was like, look how nice Brooklyn looks. Also, look how cute this jacket is! Years later, as a surprise to me, my mom got it on 1stDibs.’
Nicola said her mother had bought the jacket from a buyer who had a fashion archive from the 90s and early 2000s and they are now trying to track down whether the jacket was ever Victoria’s or not.
Laughing, he continued: ‘Victoria sold hers for charity. [years ago], then it is this mystery. Brooklyn said, ‘That’s the jacket?!’ And everyone else was like, ‘IS THAT THE JACKET?!” But we don’t know! But everyone in Brooklyn was wearing a red shirt when I was wearing the jacket in Paris. [like in the original photo of Victoria wearing the jacket] It was not planned. We were dying of laughter when we realized it.’
It comes after Nicola gushed that being married to Brooklyn is like a “never-ending sleepover”.
The actress and aspiring chef celebrated their second wedding anniversary last week and Nicola revealed she loves life as a married woman.
She said PEOPLE: ‘I feel like when you’re at a sleepover or a play date and it’s like you’re always like, “Oh, can they stay over again?” And you’re just on an endless sleep play date. That’s how we feel.

But Nicola revealed that she did not receive the jacket from Victoria, as she had donated it to charity years before, and her mother, Claudia Peltz, had actually obtained one and given it to her.
‘He really is my best friend. I feel like that.’
When asked how she plans to celebrate her wedding anniversary, Nicola replied: ‘[Brooklyn] He told me he was going to surprise me… What’s the surprise… maybe it’s another dog that knows! My love language is dogs. God no, we already have five.
The loved-up couple tied the knot in Palm Beach, Florida, in April 2022, and Nicola shared some of her favorite memories from their wedding day.
The actress said: ‘I would say two come to mind. One, my Nani was my bridesmaid, so she danced.
‘I remember getting very nervous when speaking in front of people or crowds… But just before I walked down the aisle with my dad, I heard everyone clapping and cheering. ‘It was because my Nani had her flowers and she was dancing down the aisle.’
Nicola also recalled sharing some quiet moments with her husband on their wedding day.
She shared: “I think someone gave us advice, that I think the best advice for anyone who’s about to get married is to grab your partner and even if it’s for two minutes… all night long and just say, ” Oh my God”.
‘Just have a moment with them, because I know sometimes at weddings a lot happens, there are so many people. “Brooklyn and I ran away a couple of times and I feel like those are special moments.”

Brooklyn’s parents, David and Victoria, took to their Instagram Stories to share photos of the loved-up couple to mark their second anniversary.
While fashion designer Victoria shared a photo of Nicola on Brooklyn’s back while on the beach and wrote: ‘Happy anniversary!!! We love you both so much!!!’
