After showing some encouraging signs of improvement, Nick Cordero once again fights for his life fighting the corona virus.

His wife, Amanda Kloots, took to Instagram in late Saturday and revealed that the Broadway star is in critical condition after surgery to improve blood flow in his right leg.

At one point, the 41-year-old Broadway star’s blood pressure dropped so low that he lost consciousness and needed resuscitation.

In a video selfie, Kloots revealed that her husband had a new infection in his lungs on Friday that caused his fever to peak, which in turn lowered his blood pressure to dangerous levels.

On Saturday afternoon, Kloots was told that his condition was “moving in the right direction” and that his life had been saved.

But not long after receiving the good news, the actor took a turn for the worse as the heart and lung machine slowed blood flow in his right leg, requiring immediate surgery.

Cordero survived the operation, but is reported in critical condition.

“He’s struggling, and every minute counts right now,” said Kloots, fighting back tears.

“He’s doing very well and his inflammation is in his lungs and the doctors are very happy with his progress,” she said, holding Elvis in a video clip on her Instagram stories.

“We thank you for all your prayers and all your thoughts,” she added.

The fitness influencer had revealed that her husband was improving on Tuesday.
