Nick Cannon, who gained notoriety for fathering 12 children with six women, has revealed he’s saddened by one who got away.
In a new interview, the host of “The Masked Singer” revealed that his ex-girlfriend and co-star Christina Milian is one ex in particular that he wishes he had been on his growing list of baby mamas.
Milian starred with Cannon in the 2003 teen comedy “Love Don’t Cost A Thing.” After a two-year romance, the couple separated in the mid-2000s. The Latina actress and singer was briefly married to hip hop musician The-Dream, with whom she shares a daughter. She also has two children with her current husband, French R&B singer M. Pokora.
Cannon shared his thoughts on his former love in a new interview with the shadow roomby Thembi Mawema.
“If I say this, I know it will go viral,” he began. “But when Christina Milian and I were doing ‘Love Don’t Cost a Thing,’ I remember finding out she was pregnant…I was like, ‘Dang, man.'”
“But I was so happy for her. I remember that we were children in love from the beginning, so we talked about it, but each to their own. Life plans it. The universe gives it as it is supposed to be given.”
The “Wild-N-Out” creator’s current progeny includes 12 children between the ages of 3 months and 11 years, including twins Monroe and Moroccan, whom he shares with pop diva Mariah Carey.
Cannon, 42, is in on the jokes about his sprawling family tree. In 2021, during an interview with Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live,” he joked that his favorite baby mommy was “next.” Earlier this month, he and his best friend, Kevin Hart, made a public prank by posting a fake game show titled “Who’s Having My Baby?”
