A father made an epic lunge across a room to save his baby from what could have been a nasty fall after turning his back for just a second.
Guo, from Henan, China, was spending a sweet moment with her daughter as the couple relaxed on a bench in what appears to be a small store.
In the video, the girl can be seen moving around in a dress while her father watches next to her.
As she plays, she starts to slide down, but luckily Guo sees her sliding towards the edge and wraps a firm hand around her to pull her up.
They continue playing with a ball before the doting father gets up to walk around the store, his eyes on his daughter the entire time as he heads to the back of the room.

The father steps away from his daughter for just a second, leaving her facing him as he steps away to grab what appears to be a blanket.

After picking up what appears to be a red blanket, her daughter quickly rolls onto her back in a heart-stopping moment.
As he rolls back to the side, he begins to slide over the edge and heads straight for the tiled floor.
There is nothing on the ground to protect her as the video quickens the pulse.
But a huge stroke of luck sees her superhero dad rush to the rescue as he tosses the blanket to the side and lunges forward, just in time to catch his baby.
The shocking images show Guo’s arm around her daughter’s head just a second before she fell to the ground.
He later said, “My hip almost sparked!” while she talked about his incredible ‘dad reflexes’.
After making an impressive save, Guo cradled his baby on the ground and appeared to smile to himself in complete disbelief.
The footage ends with Guo spinning around and sitting on the ground, cradling the little girl in her arms before picking her up to check that she was unharmed.
He can be seen smiling with relief as he fixes his daughter’s dress and apparently laughs to himself after his impressive save.
The heroic father places the girl back on the bench, using his leg as a barrier between her body and the edge as the duo continue playing as if nothing extraordinary has happened.
