The NRL great, 35, married Lucy, 33, at Villa Aurelia, a stunning 17th-century baroque property that sits at the highest point within the walls of Rome last week.
Having returned to Australia earlier this week, the lovebirds cut casual figures as they enjoyed a morning walk and headed out for lunch.
They were joined by Sam’s mother Julie as Lucy pushed her one-year-old daughter Robbie in a stroller.
Sam looked comfortable in a pair of beige shorts teamed with a black t-shirt, while accessorizing with sunglasses and off-white Birkenstock sandals.
The former South Sydney Rabbitohs star seemed delighted to be taking part in the family outing with his wife, mother and daughter.
Lucy dressed in trendy activewear which consisted of black flared leggings and a matching crop top.
