Among the wealthy young women wearing a variety of haute couture dresses was the French countess Alienor Loppin de Montmort.
Alienor, the only French debutante at the ball, unfortunately had her moment in the spotlight when Apple Martin appeared in the shot while having her photo taken.
The 20-year-old daughter of Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay’s Chris Martin was dressed to the nines in a Valentino dress as she arrived at the glitzy Parisian event.

Guillaume Loppin was married to Isabeau of Cologne, daughter of the mayor of Beaune and from a high-powered family in the region, with several family members holding high administrative positions.
However, in 1585, the family lost their noble status after being ennobled by office in the Chamber of Accounts of Burgundy, in Dijon, becoming lords of Montmort in eastern France.
According to a heritage site, Alienor was born in Brussels in 2007.
