Jade appeared to be in good spirits as she smiled from ear to ear while chatting to Paul, the director of Queensland-based development company Pointcorp.

The couple, whose marital status is not known, were seen enjoying hot drinks as they walked together on the beach on the sunny morning.

Paul has two children, Sonny and Sienna, from a previous relationship and named his luxury company, S&S Projects, after them when he launched the business in 2015.
It is known for its high-value developments, and S&S Projects recently launched a $200 million development in Rainbow Bay last month.
The luxury residential complex, called Radia, is the fourth luxury development that S&S Projects has undertaken in the last four years, according to information.
The company has also worked on the successful projects Flow, Awaken and Esprit, which are believed to have turned into a massive $280 million sale.
Paul has over 20 years experience in property development and has specialised in luxury apartments in Queensland for the past 12 years.

In addition to his career in real estate, he owns an aviation business and a helicopter license, and is also a passionate surfer.
