A woman who tore down Greek flags outside a restaurant, after mistaking them for Israeli flags, has been arrested.

In a pro-Palestine rant, the TikTok creator can be heard shouting “I don’t support genocide, I don’t support Zionism” while videotaping herself lowering the pennant from outside Efi’s Gyro in Montclair, New Jersey.

The woman, identified as Only Fans creator Amber Matthews, has since been arrested.

The 23-year-old only stopped lowering the flags when she was informed that the flags were Greek and not Israeli.

Amber Matthews, 23, only stopped lowering the flags when she was informed that the flags were not Israeli and Matthews said “bad.”

Matthews recorded himself yelling at restaurant workers, asking them if they knew a “genocide” was happening and that “they’re killing children.”

After repeatedly saying, “I don’t support this,” Matthews was finally told the flags were Greek. Then he says, “I thought it was Israel, my mistake.”

Matthews received criticism online after uploading the video, with the caption “the time I mistakenly thought Greece’s flag was Israel’s and took the flag off the restaurant OMG.”

One commented: ‘Bro literally says gyros in the window. “This is so embarrassing and offensive.”

Another wrote: “I don’t even know who you’re fighting for.”

“I hope you sincerely apologized to them, bought them food and helped them hang it all up again and better yet, how can you just say ‘my bad’?” said another.

The two flags, although sharing the same blue and white color scheme, have very different designs.

The Israeli flag has the Star of David in the center, while the Greek flag has a cross and blue and white lines.

Matthews had been at the restaurant about a week earlier handing out leaflets in support of Palestine, police said.

After she uploaded the video to TikTok earlier this month, officials were able to identify Matthews as the suspect.
