A Queensland man faces murder charges in connection with the death of a 21-year-old father who police initially thought had died as a result of an accident.
Blayde Barber, a 21-year-old father from Nanango, was found critically trapped in a vehicle on March 21 at a property near Kingaroy Barkers Road in Booie, rural Queensland, after the car crashed into a pole. a fence.

The 21-year-old and his ex-girlfriend, Toni Louise Eichner, became parents to their daughter at the end of 2022.
Mrs Eichner also paid tribute to the young father.
‘Rest easy darling, we ended badly, but you had a huge impact on my life and the chapters surrounding it. I will always cherish and save them for our daughter,” she wrote.
