House Republicans have released new documents from IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler that they say prove Hunter Biden lied in his interview with congressional investigators on at least three occasions.

The House Ways and Means Committee voted in closed session to make the information public.

Instead of impeaching President Joe Biden, top Republicans are now focusing on criminal referrals to the Justice Department for prosecution.

They say Hunter lied about using his last name to help business partners with visa problems, his association with a company that was receiving massive foreign payments and threatening a Chinese businessman via WhatsApp.

House Republicans have released new documents from IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler that they say prove Hunter Biden lied in his interview with congressional investigators on at least three occasions.

“Lying during sworn testimony is a serious crime for which the Department of Justice has prosecuted numerous people in recent years, and the American people expect the same responsibility for the son of the President of the United States,” said the president of Ways and Means, Jason Smith. in a sentence.

‘Hunter Biden’s lies under oath and obstruction of a Congressional investigation into his family’s possible corruption call into question other parts of his testimony. The newly released evidence affirms, once again, that the only witnesses who can be trusted to tell the truth in this investigation are the IRS whistleblowers.’

At one point during the deposition, investigators asked Hunter what services he provided to Burisma executives while they paid him $50,000 a month to serve on their board of directors. They asked him if he had used his father’s name and influence to help them obtain visas.

Hunter swore at the time that he was not willing to provide “any work related to the visas they needed” and that he would “never pick up the phone and call anyone to apply for a visa.”

The committee on Wednesday released an email from Hunter’s former business partner, Devon Archer, in response to concerns about the visa revocation of Burisma CEO Nikolay Zlochevsky.

“Hunter is checking with Miguel Alemán to see if he can cover Kola with the visa,” the email said, with “Kola” being a reference to Zlochevsky.

‘Please send Hunter an email with all the documents and evidence of Kola’s passport and visa and copy me. We will take care of it,” the email continued.

The committee also said Hunter lied about his now-infamous WhatsApp message with Chinese energy company CEFC official Raymond Zhao.

At one point, Hunter messaged the Chinese associate: “I’m sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment has not been fulfilled.”

Shortly after, $5 million flowed from CEFC affiliates to companies related to Hunter and James Biden.

But Hunter claimed he sent that message to the wrong Zhao.

“The Zhao this is being sent to is not the Zhao connected to the CEFC,” Hunter said. He “didn’t understand or even remotely know what the hell he was talking about.”

Phone records from Hunter Biden’s WhatsApp account show that he only communicated with one Zhao, Raymond Zhao, and continued messaging with that same ‘Zhao’ about CEFC matters for months.

Hunter also testified that he was not involved in shell companies that received payments from abroad. Archer had testified that he and Hunter had an equal interest in Rosemont Seneca Bohai, and evidence offered by the IRS whistleblowers showed that Hunter was the beneficial owner of the entity’s associated bank account.

That account was used to receive Hunter’s salary at Burisma and other foreign transfers, such as one from a Kazakh oligarch for the same amount ($142,000) as a Porsche purchased by Hunter a day later.

In the spring of 2014, Joe joined Hunter and a handful of his business partners for dinner at Café Milano in Washington, DC. Among those attending the dinner were Kazakhs Kenes Rakishev, Karim Massimov, Yelena Baturina and possibly Eric Schwerin.

On April 22, Rakishev transferred $142,300 to Rosemont Seneca Bohai’s account.

Neither Rosemont Seneca Bohai nor its associated bank accounts were “under my control or affiliated with me,” Hunter said in his interview.

IRS whistleblower Ziegler provided the committee with evidence that Hunter was the beneficial owner of a bank account called Rosemont Seneca Bohai and a signed document that reads: “I, Robert Hunter Biden, hereby certify that I am the Acting Secretary, duly elected and qualified from Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC.’

This document was used to enter into a contract with Porsche Financial Services.
