A mother of two accused her husband of “cheating” on her and their two children in a shocking social media post, alleging that he fled to a different state to start a new life while she was pregnant with their second baby, as she launched a desperate plea to Internet sleuths to help her locate him.

The jilted wife claimed she was pregnant when Charles allegedly disappeared, adding: “She has a baby she hasn’t seen in over a year and one she has never met.”
Ashley, a mother of two, wrote that he had “gone without a trace” and she now wanted to harness the “power” of social media to locate him and finalize the divorce.

The sordid saga unfolded when Ashley shared a post in the group on Saturday.

This is my husband, Charles Withers. He loves being the center of attention, but I’m not sure how much he’ll like this.
‘Last year, when I was pregnant with our youngest baby, he decided that being a husband and father was no longer the lifestyle he wanted and disappeared, as if gone without a trace.
‘She has a baby she hasn’t seen in over a year and another she’s never met. She moved somewhere out of state and changed her phone number.
She continued, “Divorcing someone who is completely unreachable is really difficult and lengthy, so I’m trying to track him down to get his signature on some papers so I can finally close this chapter.” and move on with my life.
‘I heard his name is ‘Charlie’ now. He’s British and charming as shit. He’s a chef and probably never mentioned that he had a wife and kids in Massachusetts.
‘If you know him, if you are working with him, if you are dating him or are friends with him, can you ask him to contact me or tell me where I can find him?

And Ashley’s post sent the internet into a frenzy, as dozens of women joined in.

‘It’s been a year since he left town. She has not contacted the family. What the hell Charlie? Where are you?
“The last we know, he opened a restaurant in Massachusetts where he was a chef, sold a bunch of gift cards and then took the money and closed the business, leaving all the customers and employees in the dark, with unpaid wages and unusable assets . gift cards.’
The current status of Charles’ restaurant is not officially confirmed, but the restaurant is listed as “permanently closed” on Google and has come under heavy criticism on TripAdvisor.
A reviewer named Diane wrote: “My daughter gave us a gift card and we reserved our table for August 2. The reservation was confirmed by Open Table.”
The content creator, who has over 132,000 followers, continued: “A lot of people are wondering what the hell this dirty game is and why they aren’t worried about their safety.”
‘I don’t know the answer to that. It just seems like she knows he has abandoned the family.

Mary’s claims about Charles’ restaurant have yet to be confirmed, but the restaurant is listed as “permanently closed” on Google.
The TripAdvisor website has also received accusations of a similar nature.
One reviewer, named Bill, said he was “disgusted” with Charles and criticized him as a “classless landlord.”
Discussing his gift card, the disgruntled customer wrote: ‘I went to use it in November 2023 and found out the restaurant had closed and my gift card dollars had been stolen. That should be illegal, stealing customers’ unused money.
He said that “Charles Withers does not deserve any sponsorship for his deception.”
Another, named Diane, wrote: ‘My daughter gave us a gift card and we reserved our table for August 2nd. The reservation was confirmed by Open Table.
‘We really wanted to have dinner, but we got there and it was closed. I don’t know why they didn’t tell us. I provided my contact information. As we were on holiday in Falmouth we will not have the opportunity to visit this restaurant again.
‘My daughter gave me a generous gift card for my birthday. “It was very unfortunate and costly for her and for us.”
“Single mothers are a special breed and I know many of you have been through the same situation as me,” she shared.
But Ashley has since taken to the social media platform once again to share an update.
‘UPDATE: Guys… This is absolutely crazy. I thought maybe someone in my area was still in contact with him, but I didn’t expect this at all.
‘I have obtained more than enough information to locate him. I have literally hundreds of messages to review, some with information and some with support, and I appreciate them all.
“Single mothers are a special breed and I know many of you have been through the same situation as me.”
But she wanted to emphasize that she did not “wish him any ill will.”
“I sincerely appreciate all your support, but please do not threaten him, spread hate or try to go out and locate him,” he said. “I really just want this situation to be resolved so that my children and I can restart our lives and repair the damage caused.”
