The NFL has played at least two games on Christmas Day since 2021 and has shown a matchup during the holiday season annually since 2020.

Last year, the NFL’s holiday ratings surpassed those of the NBA, when the Raiders caused an upset against the Chiefs while the Ravens defeated the 49ers, occupying the top six spots in the SportsMediaWatch.com rankings.
