Netflix decided to publish anonymous love letters from its fans after launching the romantic comedy for teenagers To All the Boys I've Loved Before.
For those who do not know, the film for young adults is about a teenager who wrote love letters to five children he loved before. The drama occurs when their love letters are mailed to children and, of course, there is a cheesy ending that makes everyone's hearts faint.
To take advantage of this lovely film plot, which was adapted from a book written by author Jenny Han, Netflix encouraged its followers to send them anonymous love letters that they would publish for people who had fallen in love.
Cute: the fans have gone crazy for the young adult movie To all the guys that I've loved before
Love: in honor of the new movie, Netflix asked people to send their own anonymous love letters that the broadcast site would post on Twitter.
Surprising: a person wrote a love letter to Lana Condor, who played Lara Jean in the film
"After seeing To All the Boys about 37 times, I just want to see more love in the world," wrote a Netflix social media administrator on Twitter.
The broadcast site encouraged people to send their own love letters and the Twitter page would publish them anonymously.
We can imagine, but it is not confirmed, that Netflix was probably flooded with thousands of adorable love letters that will be sent to the masses of people around the world.
The first love letter that Netflix published was actually for Lana Condor, who played the main character of the romantic comedy.
"You are infinitely beautiful and inspiring," the note said. "You are such a kind and incredible woman, thanks for everything and for helping girls like me to feel seen.
People praised the film, which was released earlier this month, for several reasons. But Lana, who played Lara Jean, prided herself on projecting an Asian woman as a female protagonist in a romantic comedy, something that rarely happens in Hollywood.
So it only makes sense that it is the first among the public to receive a love letter from a fan.
Special: another person confessed to have loved a lover for four years since they met the person in a meeting
Romantic: Netflix does not just receive crushing love letters. The site also received one who was already married to his infatuation
Cute: a person described their infatuation not only by giving them butterflies, but by giving them the "cursed zoo" & # 39;
The second love letter said: "We've known each other for four years, and I've been in love with you since the moment I saw you in a meeting.
"I never told you because our friendship is so special to me, and I do not want to ruin it." If you ever wanted to be more than friends, it would be yours in the blink of an eye.
"You are the woman of my dreams and I could not imagine life without you".
Not everyone wrote love letters to people who did not know their love. One person wrote one to someone they married.
"I met you 15 years ago on 8/23/03," the letter said. You're currently my husband. I am still in love with you.
Another person received a letter about how they give their butterflies to crush each time they see them.
The letter said: You give me the biggest bigger butterflies. No, not butterflies. You give me the whole damn zoo. I love you so much, you are my life. "
Big fan: Noah Centineo, who played Peter Kavinsky, reportedly received hundreds of love letters from fans. Netflix classified them all and published this
One in a million: a person described his infatuation as someone who deserves all the happiness of the world & # 39;
Noah Centineo, who played Peter Kavinsky, received the most love letters of all, the broadcast site said.
But Netflix chose to publish only a very special note that stood out among the hundreds.
"You have one of the kindest and brightest souls I've had the experience to witness," the letter began.
"It seems that you always find light and love in people and it's really amazing that there are still people like that.
"You have a bright heart and a mentality that does not complement you enough, I hope you see the world and fall in love with all aspects of life, just as the world fell in love with you."
The final love letter launched by Netflix was for someone who, according to his lover, deserved all the happiness in the world.
"I've been in love with you for a while, but I've been too afraid to tell you because I value our friendship more than you think," wrote the anonymous person.
"It has been difficult to be friends, but I prefer to hurt a little before I lose you, you are one in a million and you deserve all the happiness of the world."
For anyone who thinks they could send their own love letter to Netflix's Twitter account, unfortunately the site no longer posts them.
But people who have fallen in love can send the letters by mail to see if they will have their own moment of Lara Jean. We believe that Peter Kavinsky would approve it.
