vivospin-off brand iQoo teases the arrival of the iQoo Neo 7 Pro 5G smartphone for the Indiaone market in recent weeks. Now the company has confirmed the launch date of the upcoming phone in India. iQoo India CEO Nipun Marya shared a tweet to announce the launch date of the iQoo Neo 7 Pro 5G. The smartphone will be officially launched in India on July 4. Earlier this year, the company launched the iQoo Neo 7 5G powered by the Dimensity 8200 chip. The Geekbench listing and other reports have suggested that the Pro version of the smartphone will feature the underclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset.
Other than the launch date, iQoo has not confirmed any other details about the iQoo Neo7Pro 5G. However, the company has rolled out some official teasers confirming that the device will have a punch-hole display. The teasers also suggest that the smartphone will get a new orange color variant and that the device may be a rebranded version of the iQoo Neo 7 Racing Edition. The Racing Edition phone was announced in China in December 2022.
iQoo Neo 7 Pro 5G: what to expect
Rumors suggest that the upcoming iQoo Neo 7 Pro 5G will likely feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display supporting Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. As mentioned above, the smartphone is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
It is said that the Neo 7 Pro 5G will be available in two different colours: Pop Orange and Interstellar Black and may be priced under Rs 35,000.

For optics, the smartphone may include a triple rear camera that may include a 50MP main sensor with OIS support, an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro unit. iQoo Neo 7 Pro 5G is also expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery that may support 120W charging.
