A frustrated tenant who lives in “constant fear” of her neighbor’s 1.5m-high pile of rubbish says she has reached “the end of her wits”.

The woman, who did not want to be identified, has lived in her rental home in Darebin, in Melbourne’s north, for almost four years.

She said she had watched in dismay as the pile of trash in her neighbor’s backyard slowly built up.
