Luckily, the NCIS: Los Angeles alum, 47, and Your Zen Mama co-founder, 41, safely evacuated the besieged Castellammare neighborhood with their three kids in tow: son Wyatt, 11; daughter Esme, 8 years old; and his daughter Winter, 4 years old.

Sarah was recording ads for her parenting podcast The Mother Daze “when she smelled the smoke.”

Eric and his family quickly fled to the home of his brother David Paul Olsen and sister-in-law Daniela Ruah, who co-starred with him on NCIS: Los Angeles.

‘It is impossible to express these last few days in words. “We are together, safe and surrounded by love,” Wright wrote in instagram.

‘We lost our house. It was one of the first areas to disappear. Our children have said “we all took our first steps there.” It is very difficult to say goodbye to our beautiful city, our special school and this place we loved for 13 years. But we are so grateful to be together and for the outpouring of love.”

The BĀEO skincare co-founder continued: ‘We’ve had so many messages from friends offering their houses, food, clothes, hugs, things for the kids, support, and we’re just blown away. It’s what continues to make us cry. Thank you, it means a lot to us. Sooner.’

Last month, the Olsens were under threat of evacuation along with thousands more due to the Franklin Fire, which burned more than 4,000 acres and 12 structures in Malibu between December 9 and 18.

It’s unclear if the Cloud Nine Productions founder and Sarah still own the vacation home near Jackson Hole, WY, that they purchased on a 2015 episode of HGTV’s House Hunters.

The couple, married for 12 years, reportedly began dating in 2007, a year after they met as co-stars on the set of the Fox comedy The Loop and a year after she divorced her first husband, AJ Mason.

Eric is currently executive producer of Jennie Snyder Urman’s Matlock reboot starring Kathy Bates, which CBS officially renewed for a second season on October 22.
