Utah Jazz star Walker Kessler was stunned Sunday night as he watched his girlfriend be named the winner of the Miss America pageant.
Kessler’s girlfriend, Abbie Stockard, previously won Miss Alabama and was among the 52 candidates for Miss America this weekend.
And Kessler’s amazing reaction when she was crowned the winner was captured on video as he watched on his phone with Jazz coach Will Hardy.
When Stockard was announced as the winner, a shocked Kessler dropped his phone on the table and put his hand on his head before Hardy congratulated him.
‘She won! Let’s go!’, the coach beamed.
Kessler was able to celebrate with Stockard after the event, as his team had just finished playing the Orlando Magic and the parade also happened to be held in Orlando.
