Knicks forward Josh Hart was one of many people who criticized former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III for a bizarre post on Friday.
Griffin and his wife, Grete, are in Paris for the Olympics and the former Washington passerby shared a photo of the couple eating a huge croissant on his X page.
But the post, which has been viewed 18.5 million times, has been widely ridiculed and Hart joined that chorus too, saying “this might be the craziest tweet I’ve ever seen.”
“(I don’t know) if Jesus himself could make me publish this,” he added.
Hart wasn’t the only athlete to mock Griffin, as former Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith wrote, “They’re about to cook you.”

And Knicks forward Josh Hart was one of many people on X who mocked the former QB.
And that’s exactly what happened as fans made sexual innuendos and made fun of the fact that Griffin had his eyes closed while eating the massive cake.
Griffin certainly saw the messages and, to be fair, was nice about it.
“Not gonna lie… you cracked us up with your answers and quotes,” she wrote.
‘How long would it take you to eat this buttery delight?’
He later posted a light-hearted video about #CroissantGate, proclaiming: ‘I guess a man can’t enjoy a croissant with his wife and post it on the internet.’
Griffin has been actively posting on X since the Paris Olympics and attended Team USA’s ill-fated men’s 4×100 relay on Friday.
