Electric vehicles are People, in general, prefer electric vehicles because they are greener, quieter and often more fun to drive than gas-powered cars. But one sticking point in the EV revolution is charging. There are now more charging stations than ever before, but still not enough. And the way those stations are distributed can make driving long distances in an EV seem like a risky bet.
This week on Gadget Lab, WIRED writer Aarian Marshall joins the show to talk about the state of EV charging, feelings of “charging anxiety,” and whether people really need to worry so much about those EV battery fires all over the news.
