Natasha Hamilton showed off her incredible figure in a low-cut swimsuit as she posed on the beach in Rio de Janeiro this week.
The former Atomic Kitten star, 42, wrote a body acceptance message in the caption as she said she had a hard time looking in the mirror after turning 40.
She looked great in the brown swimsuit as she frolicked on the beach and said she wanted to worry less about her appearance.
Natasha wrote in the caption: ‘Something I learned while in Rio: body acceptance and confidence are truly abundant there!
‘Life revolves around the beach, and what a life it is. Women of all shapes and sizes wear skimpy, stunning bikinis, unapologetically showing off their bodies and carrying themselves with the kind of confidence we all deserve to feel.
‘Reaching 40 has been difficult. I had a baby, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and now I’m in the middle of perimenopause. Honestly, I haven’t felt like myself in a while.

‘My body has changed a lot: it has fallen, it has softened and it has moved. There are more wrinkles, less elasticity, cellulite, dimples, thread-like veins… the list goes on. Aging and the changes it brings can be difficult to swallow.
‘I’ve avoided looking at my body in the mirror because, honestly, I didn’t want to see the new me.
But that ends now! I promise to embrace and love every version of me: the super fit, the older, and the future me yet to come. I’m tired of wasting so much mental energy worrying about my appearance. If I want to make changes or get in shape, I can do it. But for now I just want to live in the moment.
‘Life is unpredictable and I don’t want to look back to when I was 50, wondering why I wasted so much time worrying about my looks.
‘People will always judge. There will always be someone with something cruel to say about your appearance. Such is life. But while we can’t stop the world, we can stop and show ourselves the respect and love we need to feel confident in our bodies and see the beauty within.
‘This is for anyone dreading their next holiday, worried about showing off their body because it’s not what it used to be. Guess what? It’s not supposed to be like this! We age, evolve, and become more mature versions of ourselves. Little by little I am learning to accept those changes.
“I ran down that beach without covering up, feeling a little self-conscious but also thinking, ‘Fuck it!’ You can look at my shaking butt if you want. My husband thinks it’s beautiful and that’s enough for me.

Over the years, Natasha has been pretty transparent about what she’s had done to her face, admitting that she’s had Botox, lip fillers and laser treatment.
In a recent image she shared on Instagram, the star’s change in appearance caught the attention of her fans, as some admitted they couldn’t even recognize her.
According to cosmetics expert Dr Ross Perry of skin clinic chain Cosmedics, Natasha appears to have undergone multiple different treatments, some of which she has also not admitted to.
Dr Perry said: “It looks as if Natasha has had dermal fillers in her cheeks and lip area to create the fuller effect we can see in the latest images.
“It also appears that she potentially has had what is called a lip lift, where the top of the lip area is lifted by removing a small amount of skin under the nose.
‘Possibly also a rhinoplasty where the bridge of the nose has been trimmed, as well as the tip of the nose, and possibly some eyelid surgery to help remove some of the heaviness of the eyelids.
“There is also the use of eyebrow tattoos and probably Botox as well, to create a smooth complexion.”
