Shooter Audrey Hill managed to purchase seven firearms despite being treated by a doctor for an emotional disorder.
Hill, 28, has been described as “high functioning” autistic, but police revealed today that she was also under doctors’ care.
Her parents – Norma and Ronald Hale – knew she had a gun at one time, but told her to sell it because they thought they couldn’t be trusted.
Instead, she hid and added to her inventory, purchasing seven different weapons in total from five local stores.

Yesterday, she took three of her guns to Covenant School – two rifles and a revolver.
Two more guns were seen being removed from the home yesterday in a video obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.
At a press conference Monday, Nashville Police Chief John Drake said of her family: “They felt she had one gun and she sold it. She was under the care of doctors due to an emotional disorder.
Her parents felt that she should not have guns, and were under the impression that she no longer had guns. But many were hiding inside the house.
He added that Hill’s mother saw her leaving the house with a red bag yesterday and asked her briefly what was in it.
She turns him down, believing it to be just a motherly thing.
Despite being under the care of doctors, her “emotional distress” was not reported to the authorities.
If that was the case, she might have been prevented from buying so many weapons.
