Speaker Emeritus Nancy Pelosi was caught on C-SPAN cameras Wednesday in a heated exchange with Democratic strategist Donna Brazile at Vice President Kamala Harris’ concession speech.
Pelosi and Brazile, who twice served as acting chair of the Democratic National Committee, can be seen gesticulating as the camera hangs above them for several seconds.
Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser stood among them, while Tom Perez, former Democratic National Committee chairman, Labor secretary and Biden White House official, hovered nearby.
The footage was shared on X by former Trump campaign official Steve Cortes.
“Democrats in disarray: Nancy Pelosi is arguing with Donna Brazile in Kamala Harris’ defeat speech,” Cortés wrote.

Several pro-Trump X users posited that the two women were arguing over Pelosi’s role in knocking President Joe Biden out of the 2024 race.
Pelosi was among Democratic leaders who told Biden he needed to step aside after his disastrous late June debate against Trump.
After months of polls showing voters were concerned about the 81-year-old’s age, it was revealed for 90 minutes in Atlanta, causing panic.
On July 21, Biden announced he was leaving the race and endorsed Harris several hours later.
On Tuesday night, Harris was defeated by Trump and could end up losing all seven battleground states.
She conceded the election to Trump in a speech Wednesday afternoon on the Howard University quad, the same place where she would have announced victory the night before.
A sadness was in the air on Howard’s campus, as Harris supporters told DailyMail.com that they were incredibly sad and came to hear her speak and be with other Democrats as a source of comfort.

Furthermore, the atmosphere among Democratic Party officials was tense.
When DailyMail.com approached Democratic National Committee Chairman Jaime Harrison for comment, he responded, “Not now,” as he quickly walked away alongside Perez.
Brazile, however, denied that she and Pelosi were involved in any kind of blame game.
“How stupid,” he wrote on
“Friends, this is the Trump era: lies, misinformation and gossip,” he continued. ‘What happened to the United States?’
