House speaker Nancy Pelosi said steep market declines indicate a “lack of confidence” with how President Trump responds to the corona virus.
Here came statements, during a Women Who Empower Summit at Northeastern University, one day when the Dow dropped 7 percent in early trading, stopping 15 minutes of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
“I think what is happening is a reflection of a lack of trust, so we hope that what comes out of the White House will be more consistent with what health advisors say,” said Pelosi.
