She has been involved with Loose Women for over 20 years.

And Nadia Sawalha has refused reveal too many secrets about what she and her fellow hosts get up off-air and say, ‘There is a code of conduct … my lips are sealed. ‘

The 56-year-old panelist also admitted that working on the hit ITV show made her a ‘better person’ and candidly said she was ‘narrow-minded’ before joining.

She admits that she is “lucky” to work with her boyfriends, Nadia said The sun: ‘Being on Loose Women has made me a much better person.

‘I was very narrow-minded and judgmental before. When I joined, I was like, “Kaye Adams and Jane Moore? … I’ll never be friends with them”.

‘But now we’re so close … Linda [Robson] and i laughed so much once i got myself wet! ‘

Nadia joined Loose Women in 1999 after her stint on EastEnders, but she left in 2002 before returning in 2013. She has been a fan favorite of the show ever since.

Over the years, she’s seen many memorable interviews, but Nadia said the most ‘surreal’ moment was earlier this year when Pamela Anderson emerged from her bed.

The Baywatch star and her new husband Dan Hayhurst appeared on the show via video by lounging in bed together and filming themselves with a selfie stick.

Other notable moments for Nadia included meeting Oprah Winfrey and when Carol McGiffin had a chat with Russell Brand who she ‘liked’ so much and ‘could barely control herself’.

Nadia kept saying that Carol is always great fun to be around and remembered a weekend they spent in Marbella, which was the ‘wildest’ time and brought a lot of Spanish wine.

Elsewhere in her interview, Nadia recalled her time starring in EastEnders, where she played character Annie Palmer after joining in 1997.

She explained how producers of the soap told her not to change her appearance for six months as viewers would learn what she looked like.

The TV star also revealed she was blown away by co-star Tamzin Outhwaite and developed a ‘girl crush’ for being the ‘coolest’ person she’d ever met.

Although she praised the entire cast of EastEnders, Nadia said she had developed a special friendship with the late Barbara Windsor and that they would go to clubs together.

Before a night out, Barbara even helped arrange for Nadia to borrow a dress from the costume department because she didn’t have the money to buy a new one.

Nadia recalled how, when they arrived at clubs, Barbara made fun of bouncers and asked them to “search her,” much to the amusement of everyone else in the group.

Nadia’s interview comes after it was revealed that Loose Women will have all four presenters in the studio starting next Monday.

The ITV lunchtime chat show has had only three hosts on set for the past 13 months – with the fourth joining via video call due to coronavirus restrictions.

But starting next week, they’ll have the normal number of presenters in the studio after revealing on Thursday’s show that they’re having a new socially distant set made.

Charlene White made the announcement along with Frankie Bridge and Jane Moore, saying, ‘We’re back to four from Monday! Yes! It’s been 13 months.

‘Because it is the relaxation of the rules, we get a brand new socially detached set.

“This is especially special for Frankie and I because there are ladies on the team that we’ve never met, like Kelle, we’ve never met in person.”

Frankie then said, “I feel like I know everyone so well now, so it’s going to be fun to actually see them.”

After Charlene shared the exciting news, confetti from the ceiling began to fall into the studio as the three presenters celebrated.

Loose Women alternates its presenters on a daily basis, with names such as Coleen Nolan, Nadia Sawalha, Janet Street-Porter, Ruth Langsford and Brenda Edwards entering the studio.
