Her father, Mark Lynch, told SFGate that his daughter is vulnerable and left their Sacramento home in “a difficult state of mind.”

“We didn’t know where he was going,” Mark added, “and the next thing we knew he was in an accident in Los Angeles between 3 and 4 in the morning.”

Two other vehicles were also involved, he said, and no injuries were reported in the collision.

Then, Noelle’s mother, Kellie, booked her daughter a hotel room near LAX and the couple drove to her.

Her daughter did not stay at the hotel, and later, Kellie received a call from her daughter on “a strange person’s phone.”

According to Mark, the conversation was brief and Noelle was “practically meaningless.” This was the last time her parents heard from her.

Later that day, she was seen leaving the apartment building in Inglewood.

Her father said he doesn’t know why she was in the apartment building, and detectives obtained video of his daughter leaving.

Kellie went to the building and found her daughter’s things, which included a backpack.

Mark added: ‘She always calls. This is very out of place. She’s had a hard time but she’s always called.’

Mom Kellie told him ABC10: ‘She is a good person, she is a good human being, she is loving and kind.’

Noelle is a junior at Sacramento State, and the university confirmed with the outlet that she is enrolled at the university.
