Police have launched an investigation after a body was found in a block of flats.
Officers were called to a western Sydney unit block in Cabramatta at around 9.45pm on Tuesday following a report of concern for welfare.
The body of a man, who has not yet been formally identified, was found upon arrival at the St Johns Road block of flats.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is underway.
New South Wales Fire and Rescue crews, including HAZMAT, also attended the scene.
Police have urged anyone with information to come forward.
